We are based in Bellville, Cape Town but our services are fully online, we do not have a physical store

Please note Lutti is an online store, we therefore do not have a physical shop where clients can come in store but we can arrange a meet up for collection at a public place closest to us, which is Tygervalley or Bellville.

Arrange a meet up to Collect from us at Tygervalley or Bellville at no additional cost, select "in store collection" at checkout.

We use two options for delivery
1. The Courier Guy - takes 3 - 5 working days, an additional shipping cost of R100 is payable
2. PEP PAXI - takes 7 - 10 working days, an additional shipping fee of R60 is payable

Items available for pre-order have a "Coming Soon" sticker, with delivery estimated at 2 - 3 weeks. Pre-Order item by clicking the pre-order option and a form will be generated to send us an email.
Please note that a 50% deposit is payable on all pre-orders

We offer different payment options:

You will be asked to select your preferred payment method Credit or Debit Card, OR EFT payment.

2. Direct EFT to our business account, Account information will be displayed on the payment page when completing your order3. Send Ewallet or Cashsend to 074 401 8224
